January 2026 – First Edition

The January issue was created before we introduced our updated watercolor-focused style. Beginning February 2026, The Thistleburrow Times features a blend of watercolor and mixed-media illustration. Our characters have had a little glow-up since our first issue-their official looks are here and we couldn’t be more excited!

February 2026 – Valentine’s Day Dance Edition

This issue welcomed readers with stories of friendship, discovery, and the magic of music! Families explored learning through heartfelt moments, creative problem-solving, and the beauty of knowledge shared together.

🔤 Spelling Challenge – Readers practiced spelling tricky words like “friendship,” “sincerely,” and “appreciate” while learning how dictionaries help us become better writers
